웨일즈 선교를 위한 7대 기도 제목

어제부터 제2차 웨일즈 선교팀 11명이 영국 스완지(Swansea) 땅을 향해 떠났습니다. 그곳은 20세기 대부흥의 발원지이며, 한국 복음화의 문을 연 토마스 선교사님의 기념 교회가 있는 곳이기도 합니다.이번 선교는 단순한 방문이 아니라, 다시 한 번 하나님의 은혜를 기억하고, 그 복음의 불씨를 오늘 우리 세대 가운데 다시 지피기 위한 여정입니다.

우리의 자녀들이 아직 어리지만, 그들 안에 있는 복음의 능력은 나이와 상관없이 역사 하실 줄 믿습니다 .이번 사역을 통해 한 교회가 세워지고, 복음의 씨앗이 심겨지기를 간절히 기도합니다.

이번 한 주간, 다음의 7가지 기도제목을 따라 함께 중보해주시기를 부탁드립니다.

1. 웨일즈 선교를 통해 하나님의 뜻이 이루어지고 오직 하나님만이 영광을 받으시도록 기도합니다.
   

2. 우리를 인도하시는 성령의 임재를 경험하고 모든 일에 예수님을 전적으로신뢰하기를 기도합니다.
   

3. 모든 건강, 날씨, 여행 일정, 사탄으로부터의 공격에 대한 하나님께서 보호해 주시도록 기도합니다.
   

4. 모든 팀원들에게 겸손한 마음 주시고 주님의 사랑의 마음으로 하나되어 그리스도의 한 몸으로 섬길 수 있기를 기도합니다.
   

5. 웨일즈 스완지에 여름성경캠프에 참여하는 모든 아이들과 그 가족들의 마음을 움직여 주셔서 예수를 영접하고 영생을 얻게 하옵소서.
   

6. 웨일즈 스완지, 요크 플레이스 침례교회에서 사역하시는 양은직 목사님과 가족을 축복해 주시고 하나님의 사랑과 지혜와 성령을 부어주셔서 힘있게 하나님의 나라를 확장시켜 갈 수 있도록 사용하옵소서.
   

7. 우리의 작은 섬김을 통해 웨일즈 스완지에서 하나님만을 예배하는 진정한 예배자들,

   부흥의 세대가 일어나게 하옵소서.

7 Prayer Topics for the Wales Mission

Starting yesterday, the second Wales mission team—comprising 11 members—set out for Swansea, Wales. This land is not only the birthplace of the great revival of the 20th century, but also home to the memorial church of missionary Robert Jermain Thomas, who first brought the gospel to Korea. This journey is not merely a trip, but a holy pilgrimage—a return to the roots of revival, to remember God’s grace and rekindle the fire of the gospel in our generation.

Though our children are still young, we believe the power of the gospel within them transcends age. We earnestly pray that through this mission, a church would be planted, and the seeds of the gospel would be sown deeply in hearts.

As we walk this path, we ask for your prayers throughout the week using the

following seven prayer topics:

7 Prayer Points

1. That God’s will would be fulfilled through the Wales mission, and that He

   alone would be glorified. May every step and every moment reflect His

   purpose and bring glory to His name..
   

2. That we may encounter the presence of the Holy Spirit who leads us, and

   fully trust in Jesus in all things. Let this mission be marked by depen-

   dence on Christ alone.
   

3. For divine protection over health, weather, travel logistics, and from all

   attacks of the enemy. May the Lord go before us and surround us with

   His hedge of safety.
   

4. That every team member would be clothed with humility and serve

   together in unity as one body of Christ, with hearts full of Jesus’ love.-

   May we reflect His character in all our interactions.
   

5. For the hearts of every child and family participating in the Summer

   Bible Camp in Swansea, that they may receive Jesus and obtain eternal

   life. May the gospel penetrate deeply into families.
   

6. That Pastor Eun-jik Yang and his family, who serve at York Place Baptist

   Church in Swansea, would be blessed.May God pour out His love,

   wisdom, and the Holy Spirit upon them as they boldly advance His

   kingdom.
   

7. That through our small acts of service, true worshipers would rise up in

   Swansea—those who worship God alone—and that a new generation of

   revival would be awakened.
   

Prayer is missions. Worship is missions.
